We believe the best things are worth waiting for. That’s why we bake our Basque cheesecakes only twice a week, in small, carefully considered batches. Each one is prepared, baked and finished by hand, giving us the time to get every detail just right. No production lines and no rushing the process. Just thoughtfully crafted cheesecake, made with the care it deserves.

Our cheesecakes stay fresh for up to 5 days when refrigerated. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to a month - just thaw them in the fridge before serving for the best texture and flavour.
For the creamiest texture and strongest flavour, let them sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before eating.

Our cheesecakes are carefully packaged in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep them cold and fresh during transit.
At the moment we only offer standard sizes, however we are looking at perhaps adding more sizes in the future. Stay tuned!
