Every cheesecake box that leaves our kitchen carries a generous 4x200g portion. What you're paying for isn't just size, it's the process. Every one is hand finished in small batches, layering a rich, thick cream cheese filling over a buttery, handmade base, with a molten core at the centre that takes delicateness and skill to perfect. That's the difference between this and the cheesecakes you may be used to.
For a lighter, mousse-like texture, or 1 hour in the fridge for a richer, more decadent set. Your call.

Our cheesecakes stay fresh for up to 5 days when refrigerated. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to a month - just thaw them in the fridge before serving for the best texture and flavour.
For the creamiest texture and strongest flavour, let them sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before eating.

Our cheesecakes are carefully packaged in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep them cold and fresh during transit.
At the moment we only offer standard sizes, however we are looking at perhaps adding more sizes in the future. Stay tuned!
